FlarmNet is based on the recording and processing of data. The input and the publication of this, partly personal, stored data takes place voluntarily.

FlarmNet saves the following data (dependent on the given information):

- Flarm-Radio-ID

- Name

- Aircrafttyp

- Registration

- Competition ID

- Radiofrequency

- Airport

- eMailaddress

The data, which is stored in the FlarmNet database is processed automatically to integrate it into the FlarmNet system on different devices. The data is made available as "FlarmNet database" on the internet. Access to parts of the database is possible only to non sensitive data, e.g. not for eMail adresses.

The FlarmNet data is available on the FlarmNet Website for free.  To be authorized, the devices have to comply with certain privacy guidelines.

FlarmNet excludes the propagation of the data for other purposes than FlarmNet functionality. No data data is transfered ord sold to unauthorized third party persons.

- The manufacturers of the compatible devices must accept the privacy policies of FlarmNet and act according to them.
